What is a Starter Website?
A starter website is for nurses who are just starting out and need a website, but the idea of putting one together on their own really fast isn’t appealing. While many templates look nice in the box, once you get started, the whole project can take a dive south if you don’t understand how colors, fonts, images, mood, and copy intersect.
We came up with an affordable option for nurses to look professional from day one with a website they will be proud to show off that will have all the functionality they need in the beginning. As your business grows, your website built on WordPress will be able to grow with you.
Do you do fully customized websites?
Yes! Fully customized sites designed from scratch start at $4000. This package includes multiple strategy sessions so that we nail your design and meet all your needs in a website. Contact us to schedule a free consultaion. Include “fully customized website” in your message.
Do you redesign existing sites?
Yes! If you already have a website and it is no longer working for you, you know what you would do differently or what else the website needs. We will take your website that maybe has pages you don’t even remember putting on there, and consolidate them into a strategy that works for you. We’ve seen websites that would break with any change because the whole thing became so complex. If your website needs to be simplified, beautified or in any way overhauled to meet your current needs, you will need a custom designed website. This package includes multiple strategy sessions so that we nail your design and meet all your needs in a website. Prices start at $500, dependant on work needed. Do you only work in wordpress?
Yes, we only work in WordPress. We had to make a decision about which platform to work in so we could curate the best team. WordPress is 100% customizable and will grow with your business. If it can be done on a website, then it can be done on your WordPress website. There are no limitations like you will find with other platforms. We will install a drag and drop builder for you so you can easily make changes if you wish or you can stay with us in our website maintenace program.
What if I can't maintain my own website?
We give you tutorials and instructions to maintain your own website, but if you don’t want anything to do with it, we offer a very low cost Website Care Plan ($750/year) where we will manage updates, glitches, help you rearrange copy/images or make edits. We will discuss our plan with you at the end if you are interested.
Do you only work with nurses?
Yes, we are a nurse-owned, nurse-inspired business. Our mission is to amplify the voice of nurses and help them make their impact with their websites. The number of inspiring nurses who are leading the way forward keeps us busy, so our sole focus is on them.
What if I want a blog?
We can install a blog page for you that matches your brand. A blog requires a parent page that showcases the blogs you have, and then the child page is the individual blog. We will set up both for you and show you how to easily duplicate the process for future blog posts. If you are part of our website maintenance plan we can load the blogs for you. Can I have ecommerce on my site?
Yes we can custom design e-commerce on your website, but this is a big project and not included in our website builds. If you need e-commerce please contact us to discuss the scope of your project and we will give you a competitive customized quote.
